In 1618, alchemist Avedis Zildjian formulated a new metal that has become the best cymbal material on the planet, and to this day every Zildjian cast cymbal is carefully crafted from the same secret alloy. As an homage to Zildjian’s four-hundred-year history, this ring is forged from solid sterling silver and topped with a brass cymbal. The alchemy emblem on both sides represents the science and craftsmanship behind the legendary cymbal maker’s journey.

I love this ring. As a drummer, I obviously had to have it. I honestly only take it off to shower. It's a beautiful piece. Drumming with this ring on was easy to get used to, it would pinch occasionally but now it's just callous underneath and doesn't bother at all..
