Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can exchange or return your product up to 30 days after delivery as long as your item is not a final sale item.

The following items cannot be returned:

Final Sale items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Sale items may only be returned for store credit, but not for a direct refund.
Items not in brand new resellable condition cannot be returned.
Earrings and other hygiene-based products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be returned.
Cologne/Fragrances cannot be returned.
