So a week before this ring was said to arrive to the UK, which it did arrive a week later after the update given to me, it notified me about it being delivered/or will arrive on the 30/01/2024.
The ring was obtained on the 30th at 10:30 am, every update I’ve had through this shop app has been sent to me within 2 to 3 hours after it’s actually happened and even longer at some points waiting for this.
I just don’t understand why I’m being given arrival dates a week before it’s been shipped to find out the same day that it’s arrived but then only by 4pm an actual update has taken place which I’m notified 2/3 hours after the fact, but I also don’t understand why I’m being told specific dates of arrival when clearly that wasn’t going to happen in the first place
I was told that there could be some delays by the merchant I purchased from but what I’ve experienced is complete annoyance & lack of transparency for what’s actually happening whilst being fed false information & promises
